Responsibilities

• Design and launch work that has real-world impact and end-to-end ownership
• Collaborate with scientists, AI researchers, and designers to integrate cutting-edge models
• Own end-to-end product workflows from ideation to launch
• Write and maintain system prompts
• Design, build, and test agentic workflows, LLM chains, and multimodal model calls
• Run prompt tuning, tool usage evaluations, and comparative model benchmarks
• Prototype and refine generative AI interfaces
• Implement taste/quality controls and instrument quality metrics

Requirements

• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• 2+ years of rigorous software development experience
• Experience building agentic workflows in personal, research, or production settings
• Fluency with agent tooling such as LangChain or equivalent custom stacks
• Technical fluency in reading source code, working in notebooks, and debugging eval pipelines
• Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure including LLMs, prompt engineering, multimodal models, and vector databases
• Demonstrated passion and curiosity for AI trends and applications
• Experience building or shipping products (personal projects, startups, or open-source)

Preferred Qualifications

• Early-stage startup experience (Seed–Series B)
• Prior founding experience
• Significant shipped side projects
