Product Engineer (Advance Data Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy product-disposition solutions to ensure quality and reduce Defects Per Million (DPM).
• Utilize statistical tools, machine learning, and AI for engineering data analysis to enhance yields and reliability.
• Create deviation alert systems to monitor yield loss, parameter trends, and wafer/die/cube shading.
• Develop state-of-the-art algorithms, including Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, for pattern recognition and quality enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fab, HBM Technology Development, Design, and Quality/Reliability.
• Actively mentor and develop team members to foster growth within the organization.
• Drive innovation to maintain a technical advantage and enhance KPIs such as Cost, Cycle Time, and Scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Statistics, or a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science preferred (outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools such as JMP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong leadership and technical skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams to solve complex engineering problems.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore with required international travel to Taiwan.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Micron Product Engineering or the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning model deployment in a manufacturing environment.
