Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and modify standard designs for equipment, systems, and installations, including engineering solutions, drawings, and calculations.
• Review and implement engineering changes across products and coordinate deliverables between cross-functional teams.
• Support the manufacturing line by creating and verifying work instructions and removing barriers to production.
• Manage data related to power protection products using PLM/ERP systems, including Material Master, mBOM, Routings, and Costing.
• Collaborate with suppliers for technical support to improve material quality and reduce costs.
• Work cross-functionally to implement, localize, and outsource products and manufacturing opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lean manufacturing, operations, or engineering.
• Knowledge of electromechanical design, detail part drawings, assembly drawings, and schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong experience with Excel data analysis and reporting.
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and applying electrical safety standards (UL/IEC).
• Proficiency with PTC Windchill.
• Experience with CAD or SolidWorks.
