Responsibilities
- Define the product enablement roadmap and build scalable onboarding resources
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketing to translate product updates into internal training programs
- Design and facilitate live training workshops and office hours
- Develop role-specific self-service content including videos, guides, and knowledge checks
- Define metrics for enablement effectiveness and optimize knowledge systems
Requirements
- Experience in product enablement, learning and development, customer education, or training
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience facilitating training sessions for groups of varying sizes
- Ability to build programs from the ground up in ambiguous environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a SaaS startup or high-growth technology company
- Experience supporting Customer Success, Support, Implementation, or Sales teams
- Experience as an educator, trainer, instructional designer, or learning specialist
- Familiarity with healthcare, senior living, or electronic health record software
- Familiarity with billing or accounting software
