Product Enablement Generalist Associate

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries and maintain high standards of customer service for EY digital products
• Monitor and manage personal support tasks and tickets via ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in line with agreed SLAs
• Review open tickets and respond to all requester updates within 24 hours
• Escalate complex tickets to vendors, other support staff, or specialized teams as appropriate
• Ensure all assigned tickets are meticulously updated with detailed status descriptions
• Learn and stay updated on the evolving technology landscape and new products

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of customer support experience with technology applications or software
• Proficiency with PC technologies, including Windows and MacOS
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience with user access management and product administration
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays
• Experience tracking work pipelines and delivering against defined SLAs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with web/production technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Strategic, end-to-end thinking with a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport and win trust with clients and stakeholders
