Product Drawing and Document Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and modify product drawings, labels, and technical layouts to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain electronic files, including drawings, databases, reports, and records.
• Review and approve workflows within the documentation system and implement necessary modifications based on SAP change requests (ECR).
• Support plant personnel by providing training and assistance on the use of the documentation system.
• Assist with the documentation process for both internal and external audits.
• Maintain compliance with 5S standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and department metrics.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Technical Drawing or Mechanical Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
• At least two years of experience as a Drafter in the architectural, civil engineering, mechanical, or industrial fields.
• English proficiency at a C1 level (Common European Framework of Reference).
