About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are processed accurately according to customer requirements
- Monitor and achieve established cut-off targets
- Communicate pick slip variances to the Customer Service team
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues regarding pick slip releasing, repacking, and loading
- Identify critical items and highlight potential risks to products or customers
- Supervise operators and assist in the development of their professional skills
Requirements
- College Graduate
- Proven experience in warehousing environments
- At least 2 years of experience within a manufacturing setup
- Strong people management and supervisory skills
- Good English communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
