Product Director

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product development life cycle for an assigned portfolio, including strategy, planning, and project leadership.
• Lead cross-functional development projects involving engineering, data, and external vendors to achieve defined performance indicators.
• Conduct financial analyses and price modeling to assess product viability and support strategic investment decisions.
• Own portfolio P&L and collaborate with finance teams to track profitability and optimize monetization models.
• Develop product strategies in alignment with financial goals and industry trends.
• Lead go-to-market processes for new features and releases, including marketing positioning and sales training.
• Evaluate new product ideas and opportunities through a strategic lens while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Create and communicate quarterly product roadmaps and prioritize features to maintain product efficacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with AI tools to accelerate product work and analysis.
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience managing P&L or complex pricing models.
• Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to align product opportunities with long-term business goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Extensive experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
