Product Director

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap across the full ecosystem including trading platforms and prop firm evaluation programs
• Translate business priorities from Executive leadership into a prioritized, sequenced product roadmap
• Partner with Engineering to scope, spec, and ship features to drive activation, funding rates, and retention
• Manage the end-to-end trading platform experience including account provisioning, payouts, and drawdown rules
• Define and track KPIs for each business line and maintain accountability
• Manage vendor and platform dependency decisions, including build vs. buy analysis
• Simplify complex trading mechanics into easy-to-execute product decisions

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning product strategy in fintech, trading platforms, or brokerage
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate deeply with Engineering on architecture and tradeoffs
• Genuine understanding of trading mechanics such as drawdown, payouts, and funded accounts
• Ability to manage multiple product lines simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a scaling company
• High degree of ownership and a thrive-in-chaos mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for prop trading firms, introducing brokers, or trading platforms
• Familiarity with futures trading platform integrations
• Experience navigating compliance and regulatory constraints within a product context
• History of reducing vendor dependency through strategic product decisions
