Product Director, Knowledge

Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the Knowledge stream
• Support the creation of knowledge ingestion pipelines from enterprise sources like SharePoint and Confluence
• Enable products focused on data extraction, enrichment, classification, and embedding
• Design knowledge structures including graphs, relationships, ontologies, and taxonomies
• Advocate for the separation of knowledge from presentation
• Collaborate directly on prototypes and early solutions
• Partner with engineering, platform, security, and data governance teams

Requirements

• Experience guiding complex product platforms
• Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on contribution
• Proficiency working with technical systems, data pipelines, and developer tools
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data
• Experience working across product, engineering, and governance partners
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and inclusively
