Product Director, Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Clover healthcare vertical
• Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation through launch, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions
• Manage P&L responsibility and drive overall business performance, including sales, revenue growth, and profitability
• Partner with engineering and design teams to define requirements and integrations with EHR and Practice Management Systems
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Sales teams to execute strategic plans and expand market share
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers to foster a culture of innovation and accountability
• Conduct market research to translate healthcare trends and regulatory requirements into differentiated product offerings

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant leadership in healthcare, fintech, or health-tech
• Deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, including claims, copays, and patient responsibility
• Strong background in payments, point-of-sale (POS) technology, and vertical SaaS platforms
• Proven experience building products that integrate with Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
