Product Director - Grow for Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and vision for employee-facing talent and performance products
• Coach and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of accountability and learning
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution from discovery through delivery
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable and secure experiences
• Define and manage product roadmaps, making transparent trade-offs for senior stakeholders
• Establish measurable success metrics to track product performance and user experience improvements
• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI responsibly to improve employee productivity and decision-making

Requirements

• 10+ years of applied product engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers or product leaders
• Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise digital products
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior audiences
• Data-informed decision-making skills using product analytics and user research
• Experience evaluating and applying generative artificial intelligence capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for HR, talent management, performance, or learning and development
• Experience with SaaS product models, including adoption and lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and ServiceNow platforms
• Experience operating in a highly matrixed, global organization
