Product Director, Digital Channels

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle of the Digital Channels product portfolio, including strategy, planning, and P&L accountability.
• Lead cross-functional capability development projects involving technology, data, and agency partners.
• Conduct financial analyses and develop pricing models for programmatic, paid search, paid social, and hyperlocal channels.
• Set long-term digital channel strategies aligned with financial goals and emerging advertising trends.
• Drive go-to-market processes for new digital offerings, including sales enablement and marketing collateral.
• Evaluate new digital advertising opportunities while ensuring compliance with financial services regulations.
• Create and communicate quarterly product roadmaps to define capability enhancements and project priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Extensive expertise in digital media channels, specifically programmatic, paid search, paid social, and hyperlocal advertising.
• Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency using AI tools to accelerate product work and analytics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and media cost modeling (CPM, CPC, CPL).
• Working knowledge of compliance requirements for digital marketing within regulated industries.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
