Product Director, Digital Channels

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle of the Digital Channels product and capability portfolio
• Lead cross-functional capability development projects involving technology, data, and agency partners
• Conduct financial analyses, pricing models, and manage digital channel P&L
• Develop digital channel capability strategies aligned with financial goals
• Lead go-to-market processes for capability launches, including sales enablement and marketing collateral
• Evaluate new digital channel ideas and opportunities against business feasibility and compliance
• Create and communicate quarterly digital channel capability roadmaps
• Prioritize capability features by consulting with agency and platform partners

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership and management experience
• Extensive experience with digital media channels including programmatic, paid search, paid social, and hyperlocal advertising
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools in product workflows
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for digital marketing in regulated industries
• Experience with DSP platform partnerships and agency relationship management
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills
