Product Director, Clover Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive healthcare product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with Clover’s mission and P&L goals.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch, for scalable and compliant healthcare solutions.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to define requirements and integrations with major EHR and Practice Management Systems.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Sales, and Business Development teams to accelerate market adoption and expand market share.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to address provider pain points and improve patient financial transparency.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and designers within a disciplined product management framework.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with significant leadership roles in healthcare, fintech, or health-tech.
• Deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, including claims processing, copays, and patient responsibility.
• Strong background in payments, point-of-sale (POS) technology, and vertical SaaS platforms in regulated industries.
• Proven experience building and scaling products that integrate with Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience scaling products globally across new healthcare markets.
