Product Director, Branded Ingredients - Biotics - H&W

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Health & Wellness portfolio of branded microbiome-related ingredients in the Americas region.
• Drive P&L performance by analyzing financial metrics, customer demand trends, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute growth plans.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support business development and drive demand generation.
• Oversee key commercialization projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful product launches.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Operations on the scale-up and industrialization of new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development within the probiotics, prebiotics, or functional ingredient industries.
• 5+ years of experience in Product or P&L Management.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to generate growth in branded microbiome and biotics ingredients.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and influencing skills.

• MBA or an advanced degree.
