Product & Device - Design Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive test designs and validation plans for complex ATM banking machines to ensure hardware and software meet specifications
• Develop device-level and product-level test specifications, including unit, component, and integration testing
• Plan and conduct independent device tests and system integration testing
• Create and support automated test sequences and scripts using software test tools
• Set up test environments, including test equipment and specialist media test deck development
• Participate in device and product-level design reviews
• Issue regular test status and final reports to provide input for project stage gate reviews
• Support continuous improvement of test processes and maintain ISO9001:2015 quality management standards

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience in engineering development and manufacturing production environments
• Full exposure to the product development lifecycle
• Proven experience with product and device-level testing
• Experience developing test processes, tools, and techniques
• Proficiency with software debugging and analysis tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
