Product Development Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define and assist with the architecture of the product vision and prepare competitor comparisons
• Coordinate the end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, design, development, and post-launch optimization
• Ensure all products comply with state and federal regulations while maintaining documentation
• Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide product development
• Partner with Actuarial, State Filings, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on client initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to project teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in product development and insurance compliance
• Extensive experience in insurance product development within the insurance industry
• In-depth knowledge of proprietary and bureau-based programs (ISO and AAIS)
• Ability to review and interpret bureau circulars
• Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and regulatory environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SERFF or ISOnet
• Experience with Wrike software project management tool
• Experience with APCIA, Wolters Kluwer, or IRMI
