Product Development & Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead core production and tracking in meetings, driving clear agendas and ownership
• Provide visibility into all orders, milestones, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate production across Design, Marketing, Planning, and Trade Office
• Identify risks and delays early and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
• Track vendor and production partner performance against milestones
• Drive issue resolution across production and sourcing
• Maintain reliable systems and reporting for production status
• Own sourcing and production execution for domestic and non-core product categories

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in production, supply chain, or project management
• Experience with international manufacturing partners (Asia experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills
