Product Development & Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Development team with pre-production tasks including tech-pack creation and fabric sourcing
• Track and review development samples, lab dips, trims, and wash samples using sample tracking tools
• Maintain and update product information and data integrity within the PLM system
• Coordinate internal sample requests and generate shipping labels for vendors
• Prepare samples for presentation meetings by hanging, tagging, steaming, and photographing
• Collaborate with the Design team on Bill of Materials (BOM) and the Production department on various tasks
• Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers and review packing lists for accuracy

Requirements

• AA degree in Fashion is highly desired
• Intermediate level understanding of G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of garment and fabric construction
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an onsite role

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Product Development specifically for the lingerie or swimwear categories
• Proficiency in additional languages
