Product Development Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end operating cadence for the product and engineering organization, including annual planning and roadmap reviews
• Drive portfolio-level planning to align product strategy with business objectives and resource capacity
• Identify and implement process improvements across the product development lifecycle to optimize speed and quality
• Champion automation-first thinking by leveraging Generative AI to accelerate status reporting, documentation, and predictive analytics
• Lead agile transformation efforts and evolve practices like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe across multiple teams
• Manage the operational tech stack, ensuring consistent adoption and data governance for tools like Jira and Confluence
• Define and maintain key product development metrics and build executive-grade dashboards for real-time visibility into roadmap execution

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or agile delivery
• 3+ years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role driving operational excellence
• Deep expertise in Agile/Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean Portfolio Management)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including advanced configuration and reporting
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for automation and data extraction
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience applying Generative AI tools to real-world operational workflows
• Strong analytical skills with experience building automated reporting pipelines and metrics frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the ad-tech or digital media industry
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered automation for forecasting or workflow optimization
• Familiarity with data engineering, CI/CD, and DevOps principles
• Experience with BI/analytics tools such as EasyBI, Looker, or Power BI
• Professional certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, or CSM/CSP
