Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample launches and prepare materials for development partners in Italy
• Assist with mock-ups, material allocations, and technical documentation
• Update and maintain design boards including style names, swatches, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Organize samples for fittings and maintain a clean working space
• Manage incoming and outgoing sample packages
• Support product repairs and customer inquiries in coordination with production and merchandising teams
• Assist with the structure and formatting of internal presentations and seasonal review decks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or Technical Design)
• Previous experience in non-apparel production
• Proficiency in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
