Responsibilities

• Lead projects with flavor houses, suppliers, and production facilities to develop new beverages and raw materials
• Manage the review of all formulas in SAP-Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to ensure accuracy and global production readiness
• Support complex liquid-development programs through analytical testing, stability testing, and sensory evaluation
• Lead the Technical Transfer Program by reviewing formula scale up, stability, and stress tests
• Serve as a technical escalation point for in-market products in the Americas, providing troubleshooting and cross-functional support
• Drive collaboration across Technical Innovation, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, and Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific discipline (Food Science, Food Engineering, etc.); Masters preferred
• More than 7 years of experience in beverage product development
• More than 5 years of experience in technical roles such as Quality, manufacturing, or technical services
• Proven understanding of ingredients, formulations, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, PLM systems, and SAP
• Ability to travel up to 40%
