Product Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize the program development process and drive continuous improvement
• Prepare, share, and maintain the Engineering Management Plan (EMP)
• Review engineering plans to ensure alignment and consistency with the EMP
• Lead program development activities to deliver items according to QCD commitments
• Drive design-to-cost initiatives to reduce deployment and unit costs
• Ensure and validate engineering decision-making with program stakeholders
• Support cross-functional alignment with Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, and Industrialization
• Organize and lead internal and external Change Control Boards (CCBs)
• Support the Program Manager on engineering cost and planning

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably embedded systems
• Experience leading global teams
• Experience in planning agile product development processes
• Experience in configuration and change management
• Experience in development of embedded software and hardware
• Fluent in English
• Swedish is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards
