About the role
Responsibilities
- Project manage the implementation of product-driven change events, including prospectus updates, share class launches, and fund liquidations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on cross-border product offerings.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology departments to drive product and client initiatives.
- Assist in creating process documentation to ensure consistent project execution.
- Conduct research on new projects and regulatory requirements as they enter the market.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Support large-scale projects by documenting requirements, tracking actions, and sourcing information from various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in the asset management industry.
- Proven experience contributing to or leading product development initiatives.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management qualifications or professional experience.
- Experience with UCITS and AIF regulations.
