Product Development Expert

Responsibilities

• Support the development of MOL Limo's digital products, specifically the mobile application, from concept to implementation.
• Participate actively in defining and executing the roadmap for carsharing and rent-a-car services.
• Coordinate development projects, including operational management and integration projects for app, back-office, and front-office systems.
• Collaborate closely with IT and developers to assess business needs, create specifications, and support technical discussions.
• Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met.
• Provide professional support to marketing, service launch, and operations teams using digital product expertise.
• Assist with business support tasks including cost planning, budget tracking, and preparing decision-making materials.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Higher education degree (preferably in economics or a related field).
• Proven experience in product development or process management, ideally within mobility, IT, or digital services.
• Strong interest in mobile applications and digital service ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
