Product Development Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day product development timeline for new products and vendor transitions
• Serve as the central coordination point between Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, and Vendors
• Ensure technical specification sheets and build documentation are accurate prior to vendor handoff
• Coordinate and track all sample requests, shipments, and revisions to minimize rework
• Facilitate timely product reviews and approvals by Merchandising and Technical teams
• Manage in-person country development trips to resolve issues at the source
• Maintain real-time data accuracy across product development systems and tracking tools

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product development or factory-facing roles
• Strong category expertise
• Extensive experience working directly with factories and sample rooms
• Ability to operate independently on-site at vendor locations
• Highly organized and execution-focused with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills across language and cultural boundaries
• Ability to travel up to 4 days per week to factory sites
