Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Enable new process node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp
• Perform electrical failure analysis and yield improvement using data and bench testing analysis
• Identify design marginalities and recommend solutions for circuit-related problems
• Utilize statistical tools for detailed data analysis to drive yield improvement projects
• Collaborate with design, technology development, and quality teams to address yield issues
• Develop post-silicon validation test plans for server processors to ensure functionality and performance
• Diagnose hardware and IP-related issues through testing and automation scripts
• Document test procedures and utilize CAD tools for design verification and validation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Analog Device / Circuit Layout
• Proficiency in Digital Logic and State Machine design
• Experience in Digital Integrated Circuit Design, Analysis, Debug, and Validation
• Ability to develop post-silicon validation test plans
• Experience diagnosing hardware and IP issues using automation scripting
