Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing LPDDR DRAM projects and act as a liaison between business partners and Micron
• Perform electrical analysis using internal engineering testers and measurement tools in both Micron and partner labs
• Develop high-quality, cost-effective mobile DRAM testing strategies to improve back-end coverage and quality
• Collaborate with various engineering groups to resolve process and defect-related issues
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis
• Perform data parsing and statistical analysis to improve product yields, test times, and quality
• Commute to client offices to provide in-person technical communication support
• Travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in product development or a related occupation
• Experience developing Mobile DRAM test strategies
• Proficiency with statistical tools such as JMP and Perl for detailed data analysis
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Ability to write system control scripts
• Willingness to travel 50% for domestic and international assignments
