Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop System Level Test (SLT) solutions to meet business milestones, cost, and quality targets.
• Solve complex, novel, and non-recurring technical problems and initiate improvements to existing processes.
• Conduct engineering evaluations and analysis to drive the closure of production issues.
• Architect and develop SLT logging and data collection flows within manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, and software teams to influence technical decisions impacting final products.
• Provide technical supervision, mentoring, and upskilling for junior engineers in low-level system debug.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient understanding of x86 CPU and GPU architecture and functionality.
• Strong knowledge of HBM and industry-standard bus protocols (e.g., DDR, PCIe, USB).
• Software programming proficiency in Python, Java, Shell, Perl, or Ruby.
• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GPU architecture, SoC design, and power management features.
• Knowledge of SoC, Firmware, and Software interaction.
• Experience with High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) or High Speed Input Output (HSIO).
• Background in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) or data center infrastructure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with geographically distributed teams.
