Product Development Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide production engineering support for assembly lines and production flights regarding aircraft electrical and avionics systems
• Perform functional analysis of non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports
• Evaluate technical dispositions and their impact on production schedules, safety, quality, and cost
• Interface with internal and external engineering areas for non-conformity analysis
• Substantiate and present approval of major non-conformities to local authorities
• Validate supplier dispositions for non-conformities
• Initiate design revision processes (EO) when design errors are identified
• Provide troubleshooting support on production lines and during production flights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Prior executive aviation interior background
• 4-7 years of experience in Executive Aviation electrical/avionic specialized functional disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical harness manufacturing, installation, and certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to obtain TSA/SIDA clearance
• Availability for domestic and international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in CATIA
