Product Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the product development team to ensure smooth execution of the approval process.
• Assist in preparing product approval presentations and documentation.
• Support the routing of materials through internal systems and track submission statuses.
• Organize files, samples, reference materials, and maintain team trackers and calendars.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required inputs such as artwork, specifications, and timelines.
• Take meeting notes and distribute summaries to relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to basic inquiries from licensees or partners, escalating complex issues to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or entry-level product/creative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with creative tools.
• Experience working with asset management systems.
