Product Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Fragrance Product Development team in day-to-day execution and operational follow-up
• Receive, track, and label all incoming product and packaging samples, including lab submissions and standards
• Organize and maintain sample closets, product libraries, and project bins
• Coordinate shipments to and from suppliers, labs, and warehouse partners, including tracking and customs follow-up
• Prepare sample sets for internal evaluations, cross-functional meetings, and supplier reviews
• Assist in preparing and delivering submission kits for leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct internal smelling sessions, gather feedback, and consolidate notes into structured recap documents
• Update and maintain sample trackers, evaluation results, and product fact sheets
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality on all product development activities

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support
• Experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
