Product Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Development team with pre-production tasks including tech-pack creation and fabric sourcing
• Coordinate internal sample requests and generate shipping labels for development samples and color standards
• Track development samples, lab dips, trim developments, and fabric/wash samples using tracking tools
• Maintain and update product information and data integrity within the PLM system
• Coordinate proto samples for fitting with the tech team and prepare samples for presentation meetings
• Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers and collaborate with the Production and Design departments
• Review packing lists for unit volume accuracy and assist in creating buy sheets

Requirements

• Intermediate level understanding of G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• AA degree in Fashion
• Knowledge of garment and fabric construction
• Proficiency in an additional language
