Product Development Centre Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support project leaders in conducting product trials and testing at the pilot plant
• Prepare equipment and manage facility operations for upcoming trials
• Operate machinery and execute trial processes for various food and beverage categories
• Provide technical support from process, packaging, and industrial engineering perspectives
• Assist in creating technical trial reports and providing feedback to customers
• Manage equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and 5S workplace organization

Requirements

• Native Japanese language proficiency
• Conversational English language skills
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related technical fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process development or evaluating process conditions
• Background in product management or equipment management
• Knowledge of food safety, hygienic design, and industry regulations
• Understanding of nutritional industries or raw materials
