About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Buyers, Raw Materials, vendors, and global teams to support end-to-end product development
  • Manage product development timelines and ensure key milestones are met
  • Support costing analysis and maintain development cost tracking
  • Coordinate prototype and sample orders, tracking progress through the development cycle
  • Ensure accurate product information, BOMs, and data are maintained in PLM systems
  • Monitor sample status, approvals, and delivery timelines
  • Identify development risks and support problem-solving to keep projects on track
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the product development team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Product Development, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of product development experience, preferably in WSW Wovens and Knits
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of product development workflows, costing, and sourcing
  • Experience working with PLM systems (Centric PLM experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
