Product Developer, Jersey & Swim

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle for Jersey and Swim categories from concept to production
• Partner with Design and Graphics teams to ensure creative intent meets technical feasibility
• Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships to optimize cost and manufacturing capabilities
• Lead critical path management to ensure all timelines and delivery schedules are met
• Oversee prototype and sample development to ensure quality, cost, and margin requirements
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to validate testing standards and product functionality
• Maintain accurate product data and technical specifications within PLM systems
• Mentor Product Development Assistants to support team growth and best practices

Requirements

• Advanced technical knowledge of jersey fabric construction and garment assembly
• Expertise in printing, embroidery, washes, and garment dye processes
• Proven experience in critical path management and troubleshooting production risks
• Strong vendor management skills with experience delivering clear technical briefs
• Proficiency in PLM platforms, Excel, and InDesign
• Ability to balance creative design vision with commercial and budgetary constraints
• Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market trends in the jersey and swimwear sectors
