Responsibilities

• Own the development execution of assigned product categories from initial specification to bulk production
• Create and maintain accurate technical specifications and structural data
• Review digital assets and provide technical comments on virtual CLO 3D samples
• Manage seasonal product master data for ERP system uploads
• Collaborate with designers and merchants to clarify technical intent for overseas vendors
• Work with raw material teams to develop trims, labels, and fabrics aligned with design and cost targets
• Track and manage physical samples throughout the development process
• Inspect prototype products during fittings and recommend construction changes
• Coordinate product wear and wash testing programs to ensure quality metrics
• Maintain vendor relationships through daily communication and technical alignment

Requirements

• Experience developing bags or apparel in lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods
• Strong technical construction knowledge and pattern-making experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
• Foundational understanding of CLO 3D and CLO-Set software workflows
• Experience with PLM software is highly preferred
• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
