Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring products are developed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, merchandising, and sales to align products with customer needs and company goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality materials and timely delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and new product opportunities
• Manage and mentor a team of product developers to ensure performance goals are met
• Develop and manage product development budgets in alignment with business priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Development experience, preferably focused on men's apparel
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Supply Management
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Intermediate level understanding of G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of garment and fabric construction
• Excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
