Responsibilities

• Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring products are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Work closely with design, production, merchandising, and sales teams to align products with customer needs and company goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality materials and timely delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new product opportunities
• Manage and mentor a team of product developers to ensure performance goals are met
• Develop and manage product development budgets in alignment with business priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Development experience, preferably in women's apparel
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Supply Management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in garment and fabric construction
• Fluency in languages other than English
