Product Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and enhancement projects from initial concept through commercialization and production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Develop and manage product development timelines, milestone tracking, and launch readiness schedules.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Sourcing teams to identify qualified suppliers and evaluate sourcing feasibility.
• Support supplier communication regarding prototypes, costing, sampling, specifications, and production capabilities.
• Partner with Supply Chain teams to support product costing analysis, margin targets, and inventory strategies.
• Ensure all product specifications, artwork, packaging, and manufacturing requirements are clearly documented.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Quality teams to ensure products meet all regulatory, safety, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or related business functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and complex commercialization timelines.
• Experience working directly with suppliers, manufacturing processes, or consumer products.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, lead times, and supply chain concepts.
