Product Developer CV EMEA Series Development

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complete products and assemblies for commercial vehicle customers, primarily in the off-road sector
• Implement technical customer requirements and optimize existing series products
• Manage technical changes and create new variants of series products
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding product requirements and specifications
• Act as the technical representative for the development department within series projects
• Manage and provide technical guidance to internal and external designers
• Support project and development managers with cost planning and scheduling
• Oversee prototype construction, tool building, and testing processes (DVP)
• Conduct value analysis and engineering (VAVE) investigations
• Take responsibility for design FMEA and implement corrective measures from tests and complaints

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in the field of product development
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English communication skills
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertive interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within project teams and with business partners
