Product Designer/Builder

Responsibilities

• Run product discovery end-to-end using AI vibe coding tools to prototype and validate ideas
• Drive prioritization by presenting working prototypes to engineering teams
• Synthesize user feedback and market signals into actionable product insights using AI
• Own UX quality including information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution
• Build parts of the product directly in the production environment
• Monitor product KPIs and take responsibility for design and product impact

Requirements

• Mid to senior-level UX and product design skills
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
• Proficiency in Figma and vibe coding/prototyping in code
• Strong understanding of design systems
• Ability to perform data analysis and interpret product metrics
• Solid user research practice (interviews, usability tests)
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers
• Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS, marketplace, creator economy, or EdTech
• Deep technical background in frontend development (React or similar)
