Product Designer (UX/UI)

Responsibilities

• Create design documents including personas, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes
• Showcase and deliver designs to internal teams and customers while incorporating feedback
• Track and measure product performance against success measures
• Partner with product owners and engineers to ensure UX designs align with technical feasibility
• Plan and conduct user surveys, interviews, and testing to translate insights into design solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant UX experience with a track record of shipping user-centric products
• Proficiency in UX processes and design tools such as Figma and Sketch
• In-depth understanding of Design Systems, Design Sprints, and Lean UX methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably with Agile experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience working with technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in design (Information design, UI, Interaction Communication, Graphics, or Industrial)
• Experience executing complex enterprise-level B2B projects
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figjam, Jira, and Miro
