Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process within a cross-functional team, partnering with Researchers and Designers to deliver new features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure designs are technically achievable and prioritize customer interests.
• Explore strategic opportunities by generating hypotheses to solve customer problems, ranging from small optimizations to major UX innovations.
• Work with developers and data analysts to scope, design, build, and analyze experiments aimed at moving key business metrics.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design library alongside the internal UX team.
• Manage multiple projects and products simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product design.
• Deep understanding of key UI/UX principles, including user-centered design and design thinking.
• Experience working within agile development environments and interfacing with technical teams.
• Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to make evidence-based design decisions.
• Proven ability to balance business growth objectives with user needs.
• Portfolio submission is required along with your resume.
