Responsibilities
- Design innovative AI-driven conversational experiences across voice, audio, and video interactions
- Partner with the CEO, CTO, and cross-functional teams to develop product strategy and evolve the core product experience
- Work with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize and set specifications for new features
- Collaborate directly with engineering to ensure features balance vision, technical feasibility, and user value
- Design new features from initial concept to finalized pixels, including UX and UI
- Develop and implement a consistent design language across platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Design, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing products
- 4+ years of experience leading design projects for web and mobile products
- 2+ years of experience in prototyping, micro-interactions, motion, and creating design palettes
- 2+ years of experience designing consumer/content-forward apps and audio/speaking experiences
