We build an SDK that embeds learning content into engaging games, offering a subscription service for parents to access a suite of educational tools. Responsibilities

• Utilize research, design principles, and customer empathy to inform design choices
• Promote user-centric design and design thinking to build a strong design culture
• Bring UX/UI expertise to improve product design standards
• Act as the north star for information architecture
• Analyze how children interact with learning content to ensure engagement
• Simplify customer interactions for parents using data-driven insights
• Convert requirements into fun, interactive experiences for children and parents
• Collaborate on personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Work closely with marketing, engineering, and product management teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX design experience
• Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Proven track record of producing outstanding design experiences
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Principle, Framer, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at a startup or in-house creative team
