SKELAR is a venture builder that creates consumer businesses across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and beyond. Their partner company, Duomo, is building a leading church-tech product rooted in Christian values to help people turn Scripture into daily habits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design lifecycle from discovery and hypothesis formation to UX flows, UI, prototyping, and handoff
• Translate product requirements into clear UX flows, user stories, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Formulate and test hypotheses related to user behavior, engagement, conversion, and retention
• Improve existing interfaces using analytics, user feedback, usability testing, and experiment results
• Conduct UX/UI audits to identify usability, accessibility, and clarity issues
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer on B2C or mobile products
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work
• Deep understanding of usability, user flows, and responsive/adaptive design
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries)
• Ability to structure ambiguity and formulate hypotheses
• Experience working with product metrics to improve UX
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
