Responsibilities

• Design complex interfaces from scratch, creating logical and intuitive dashboards for internal users
• Audit and optimize current tools to identify user pain points and redesign for process acceleration
• Work with large datasets, including data visualization, dashboards, tables, and content management systems
• Create and maintain UI Kits and Design Systems to unify components across internal products
• Collaborate with stakeholders (top management, analytics, and marketing leads) to transform business goals into interface solutions
• Take full ownership of admin UX, designing logic and architecture to manage data for 20+ million users

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer
• Experience with administrative systems (back-office, CRM, ERP, or similar internal tools)
• Strong UX mindset with ability to build complex user flows and information architecture
• Product thinking focused on business logic and solving specific user problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Data Visualization (charts, graphs, complex analytical reports)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience conducting user interviews with internal teams
