Responsibilities

• Solve for multiple stakeholders including end-users, CX managers, and developers
• Innovate on new tools and processes for building AI Agents
• Drive the entire design process from concept to execution and iteration
• Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to build cohesive experiences
• Gather customer feedback and conduct usability testing
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design from ideation to launch
• Proficiency in full-stack design including visual design and interaction design
• Strong research skills and ability to translate findings into design improvements
• Mastery of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Ability to prototype quickly in Figma, Principal, or code
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces
• Experience with developer-driven products like SDKs and APIs
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and other programming languages
